#1 was busting my chops about posting on our Tuesday video call, so this is the look I gave him.

Twitter is still good for the occasional wisecrack.  Turley was arguing that Trump was just asking GA for a recount and a pundit chimed in with "More proof that Jonathan Turley is Mike Lindell with tenure."

Wednesday’s Republican debate was too painful to watch.  Even the news recaps put me on edge.  These are my takeaways.  I’m not the only guy that wants to punch Ramaswamy in the face. Christie took the stance he should have taken in 2016.  Lastly, I’m still all in on Burgum.  Anybody that even contemplates playing hoops when they are 67 exhibits the lack of judgement I’m looking for.

I posted this on FB and did not get even one like.  I need to console myself that even a great hitter gets more outs than hits.  And who the hell ever said I was a great hitter?

Locally, goose shit is still in the news. I’m just glad I live in a wealthy suburb. I’m one of those rich men north of Richmond, whereas my bud The Wig is a rich guy right in Richmond.

Liam Neeson is using his very particular set of skills in a new movie titled Retribution, yet another action flick in which he has to protect his kids.  A more realistic flick title would be I’m Not Dead Yet. It would feature Neeson arguing with his kids that he’s still too young to be sent off to a nursing home.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann kissed and made up a little while back but now Kroy has filed for divorce again.  I feel like I'm on an emotional rollercoaster.

Performative Sadness

The wife went up to Portland Saturday to tend to the girl, who just had ACL surgery.  She got back yesterday, so I was finally able to take Hall and Oates’ She’s Gone off the continuous loop it had been playing on since she left.

We had a nice trip to Tahoe at the beginning of the month.  TCG and Katie are the hosts with the most.  Unc and Mashie tagged along.  They hang with us to take advantage of our FC posse. We did some boating, eating, drinking, chatting etc. Unc and I talked about a guy’s staycation.  We get a bunch of guys together and we’d all stay in our own houses and not communicate with each other.
