I'll be back.  It might be a few weeks or so.

What's In a Name?

I am tormented by the opacity of celebrities. The bizarre names they have given their kids, e.g. Pilot Inspektor and Moxie Crimefighter, have been well documented. Did they give any thought to the impact this will have on the kid's life? I was reminded of this when Reese Witherspoon named her newborn Tennessee. I think we should leave states, super heroes, inanimate objects etc. off the baby name list. Boroughs too. We got enough Brooklyns.
