Happy Birthday Ted

Ted Stevens got word on his 85th birthday yesterday that his 40 year Senate career has come to an end. In a double whammy, he found out this morning that he got beat out by Hugh Jackman for Sexiest Man Alive.

In other Alaska news, Sarah Palin now has a $7 million book deal. Letterman said she got it through Joe the Publisher.
