Morning in America

Along with most of my friends, I’m stoked now that Obama is President-elect. Brilliant, articulate and reflective will be a welcome change. It looks like the Republicans are coming apart at the seams. The internecine sniping is getting ugly. I appreciated the “Wasilla hillbillies” slam but I’m not buying the statement that Sarah Palin thought Africa was a country, not a continent. They’re throwing the kitchen sink at her now because they need someone to blame. She’s clearly less informed than your standard VP candidate, but she’s far from dumb. To paraphrase The Terminator, she’ll be back.
